Our company is growing, so we are searching for a UX-/UI-designer to join our web development and design team in Bremen. The right candidate will be available to work between 32-40 hours a week and be able to start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities

• You will design and develop digital materials, including advertising, websites, and apps for our customers – and sometimes for us.
• You will work with design systems and develop interface designs in close cooperation with our developers.
• Your main focus will be on concepts and design – particularly focused on UX/UI. You also create prototypes in Adobe XD in order to test new features or user guidance.
• Bonus: we’d love to help you expand any knowledge of motion design, 3D animation, AR, APP or front-end design and development, as well as experience implementing and maintaining WordPress sites, that you bring to the table.
• It’s important that you be able to contribute to lively discussions regarding the implementation of your skills within our interdisciplinary team.

• We want a candidate that loves digital design, campaign development, and advertising.
• Ideally, your degree is in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communications, or you have an equivalent education.
• We prefer candidates who already have some familiarity with brand design, online marketing, and content marketing, and who will feel at home in a creative agency environment.
• You are capable of managing your own projects, from the first pixel all the way to go-live, meaning you have excellent time management skills and enjoy working in an agile, consultancy environment.
• You can hold your ground and defend your point of view while remaining self-aware and open to other’s opinions and constructive criticism. You understand that we are all working together to achieve a common goal and are a diplomatic, communicative team player.
